Who is convicted Fitness

Convicted fitness is a way of life to transform an individual's body, mind, and spirit. Convicted fitness focuses on individuals needs wants and aspirations. Convicted fitness was created while I was serving a federal sentence while serving my time.  I personally trained dozens of inmates transferring them into the body they want it I not only had changed their bodies, but I had taught them what it means to set a goal and achieve it sometimes overachieve.  

They have learned dedication discipline and what it means to be convicted in themselves to a fitness lifestyle; they learned nutrition, set short-term and long-term goals and everyone was and is different.

They have developed dedication, discipline, and a strong commitment to embracing a fitness-oriented lifestyle. They have also gained knowledge of nutrition, established both short-term and long-term goals, and recognised that each individual's journey is unique.


Follow the leader 

Convicted fitness will get you to where you want to be in life, but only what you put the work in you will only cheat yourself if you don't put your work.  Sometimes you will be tired and some but if you decide for yourself to convict to a fitness schedule you will achieve Heights you wouldn't think possible.

You can’t cut corners; the effort you invest is the reward you’ll ultimately reap. There will be days when fatigue sets in or motivation wanes, but if you choose to dedicate yourself to a consistent fitness routine, you'll reach heights you never thought possible.
