Who is convicted Fitness

Convicted Fitness is a way of life to transform an individuals’ body, mind and spirit. Convicted Fitness focuses on individuals needs, wants, and aspirations.

Convicted Fitness was created while I was serving a federal sentence. I have personally trained dozens of inmates, transforming them into the body they wanted. I not only inspired confidence and guided them to the body they aspired, I had transformed their bodies, and I had taught them what it means to set a goal and achieve it, and at times overachieve.

They have learned dedication, discipline, and what it means to live a convicted fitness lifestyle. They learned nutrition, set short term and long term goals, and regained the confidence that they have always had.

They have developed dedication, discipline, and a strong commitment to embracing a fitness-oriented lifestyle. They have also gained knowledge of nutrition, established both short term and long term goals, and recognized that each individual’s journey is unique.

Everyone is built different.
