Open for Business

We are profoundly proud of the participants of Empowerment Pathways who have successfully completed the program and launched their own small businesses.

Taking ownership of the business

The participants created their own business plans to launch their small businesses. We provide guidance, but they own their businesses and the work required to build them. With strong foundations in place, they are ready for success. Because what’s a dream without a plan?

You can do all, but you can't do it alone.

Connection is a core part of the process. Entrepreneurship can be lonely, so we encourage participants to build a team and collaborate with people they trust, individuals whose skills and strengths complement their own.

Facilitation

Led by our Indigenous facilitator, the program encourages meaningful participation and keeps the process moving with purpose. We prioritize confidentiality, safety, and respect. We listen, we facilitate, and when the time is right: we let them fly.

Molded Fortitude consulting

At Molded Fortitude Consulting, we blend philosophy, fitness, and cultural wisdom into both traditional and innovative programs to help people break free from the constraints of their past, overcome adversity, and thrive. Our mission is to guide individuals on a journey of self-mastery, where ancestral wisdom meets modern structure to ignite purpose, forge resilience, and build a legacy of leadership. Through holistic coaching programs and transformative workshops, we help each person master their emotions, mold their body, feed their spirit, and free their mind.
