Our Programs

We provide a system designed to support individuals facing significant barriers to entry, including marginalized communities, women, people with disabilities, people of colour, Indigenous peoples, and those experiencing homelessness.

At Empowerment Pathways, we believe that every individual deserves the opportunity to shape their own future — no matter their past. That’s why we offer two specialized entrepreneurial development programs, both designed for people currently incarcerated.

Indigenous

This stream is exclusively for Indigenous participants. It blends culturally relevant teachings, community-based mentorship, and entrepreneurship training to support healing and empowerment through self-determined business creation.

Inclusive

This stream is open to all incarcerated individuals who face systemic barriers to employment. Whether they are navigating challenges related to disability, mental health, race, gender, or housing insecurity, this program is here to support their journey toward self-employment and financial independence.

Both programs offer:

• Step-by-step guidance

• Real-world tools, mentorship, and long-term sustainability

Our approach recognizes the unique experiences of incarcerated individuals and helps transform obstacles into opportunities.
