Burpees

The best work anyone can do without any weights is burpees. Burpees are the most activating workout you can do at home, hotels and office. Burpees are a full body workout Burpees can work your motor skills, brain activity, legs, back, arms, core and shoulders. To start you stand straight up jump to a push-up position and jump up to a standing position this is only a standard burpee. The other varieties of burpees one can do for example, while you transition into the push-up position you would do a push-up you can also add as many push-ups as you like. These are called pumps so a burpee and pumps could be one set. There is a squat Burpee where you would do one squat then jump into the push-up position to do one pump or two and jump body into a squat position. If you would like a challenge, you can add a jump to a squat which would be a squat jumping burpee.
