Guiding Personal Growth Through Culture
Molded Fortitude Consulting, founded in 2025 by Clayton Williams, is a First Nations-owned business based on Coast Salish Territory. Drawing from his lived experience and cultural knowledge, Clayton’s work focuses on accountability, renewal, and supporting clients on their own paths of personal development.
